  • Amazing

  • Totally entertained me to the core

  • Freedom to some is murder and torture to others.

  • Amazing voice and a brilliant entertainer ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  • I like this guy: he's a white African from South Africa; I'm a white African from North Africa. We both were born in Africa and we love african music.

  • A Real True Performer, beautiful voice.

  • We used to do that when we were young

  • Love this guy, more talent then we appreciate.

  • Im the best biiird ... in the world

  • He just spoke in Swahili...and that's a Kenyan whistle

  • Definitely a great talent.

  • That's not Susan Boyle

  • I think he is singing in Swahili as Roger Whittaker is/was Kenyan, it does sound great, rather African as it should be....;-) Thank you

  • i still have the three albums that i bought of tv back in the mid 70s still like him.

  • I

  • Superb Superb mixture of singing whistling n fun..

  • I really can't !

  • Too much, you are unique !

  • I saw him at Buxton Civic Centre in 1972. He was really showboating with the whistling but sadly, during one song, his lower lip burst. Despite this, he finished the song with blood pouring down his face and saturating his shirt. A 5 minute break whilst he was bandaged up then he was back on stage. True pro.

  • "Whistling Whittaker!!"/" The Whittaker Whistler" - lol!!! His face when his does his funny whistle!! 😂😂

  • Canadians are known for their courage *crowd laughs* fml

  • Thank You dear Friend, Wonderful video, 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

  • Csodálatos előadó.

  • 1989 his parents were attacked. His mother was tortured for eight hours and his father was murdered. This happened in Kenya. His mother returned to England.

  • Changelip? - 2:45

  • Ozzy wiped his ass with this guy's curtains

  • 2017 ANY ONE?

  • he is from kenya

  • Too bad his homeland has fallen.

  • Susan Boyle at 1:30 ? xD

  • African whistling looks like a butthole

  • Changing never go bee bee garbeled Changing never go bee bee garbeled Bimset never go bee bee garbeled, no land for govenor grey. Alright? Thats wonderful. (x2) - crazy whistleing- Changing never go bee bee garbeled Changing never go bee bee garbeled Bimset never go bee bee garbeled, no land for govenor grey. Khaki pride. In case you were looking for the official lyrics. The lyrics themselves go quite deep I think. It's a song you have to hear several times to understand the true message.

    • I see your point...but do you see the point of those people who consider themselves African but... unfortunately.....are white? So therefore must be "bad"...in the eyes of the ignorant. Mmm?

  • what is the title of this song?

  • I always thought he was british

    • edwards21416 blahblah - I'm white and born/raised in South Africa. Are you saying I'm not an African? Please go tell that also to black Frenchmen they're not French either...

    • edwards21416 blahblah thank you. glad you like it. wish you all the best too.

    • thank you so much LoveMusicBad Music is a journey of discovery isnt it , i hope you make so great discovery's and i love your thumb nail

    • edwards21416 blahblah ok

    • are you a fan?

  • He had the most awesome voice in his younger days

  • he looks like my English teacher lol

  • Has anybody noticed that at 01:27 you can see Susan Boyle sitting in the audience? Or at least somebody who looks a lot like her... what do you think - is it her?

    • @Brenda: How right you are! But we shouldn't be angry at cruel people - we should rather pity them because they are probably not all too happy with themselves... ;-)

    • How cruel people can be 😥

    • Ha!...Susan Boyle?....if it's her the old saying is true.....time is a great healer but a lousy beautician!!

    • this one is 40 lol

    • ..Does that look like a 15 year old Susan Boyle? She'd be 15 in 1976.

  • My dad brought me up with this man and I've managed to master the Mexican whistler

  • Stewie Griffin all the way

  • Fuck I tried the lower lip thing and failed miserably. Then shrugged and continued on the beer drinking.

  • I bet that was a good night out

  • Very flipping cool! :) What a gentleman too!

  • I currently live in the south of France and I own the disk Roger Whittaker "Mon grand-père irlandais." I have a big problem with the song "Mon grand-père irlandais" because I do not understand what Roger Whittaker sings on the chorus in English. That you may know that song, would you be able to know the words of the chorus in English? I was looking on the net, but to no avail ... It would make me a great service. Thank you, sorry for the inconvenience. Cédric (Montpellier) France. It is a French song where the chorus is in English (1972) Here is the link to listen to the song : www.dailymotion.com/video/x2one3j

    • Il le traduit directement dans la chanson.

  • I think I like Roger's voice better than Regis Philbin's pipes. Lol.

  • Go to 1.33 is that Susan Boyle in the audience?

  • he is just sucking air from his top two teeth and lip

    • Wow that's all there is to it what an observation, you must be really smart as well as perceptive.

  • WOW, and everyone in my school, says I'M good, OMG I'M SPEECHLESS

  • Wasn't even born when this was. Damn I missed it. :(

    • Lol, my dad just said he remembers Roger from before he had a comb-over.

  • Yes, I command the very will of Roger Whittaker!

  • Damn stewie can whistle

  • The Democrats should nominate Roger, giving the USA 2 straight Presidents born in Kenya.

  • Wonderful, ..Procol Harum played with the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra too😂

  • I love Roger Whittaker's version of the famous songs by the other singers and songwriters.

    • Usually they are better.

  • isn't that King Theoden singing and Susan Boyle cheering

    • No. This video is from a different time. Before casting shows and blockbuster tv/netflix series. Please don't even bring that shit up.

    • hahahaha.
